“We organize our festival with a sense based on sharing, collective production, communication and increasing socialization, against the market’s sense of art production that makes the cause to race, disintegrate and compete with personal and group ambitions.

The general orientation of the festival is not to compete the participants; to bring together the sections related to art, to share experience, to combine dreams about good and beauty, to encourage production and labor. ”
